Joyce Felisa B. Domingo Managing Partner


Joyce Felisa B. Domingo is Manila Visa’s trusted and versatile Managing Partner. A member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines, she is a recognized expert in family, commercial and immigration laws. Prior to handling Manila Visa, she previously worked as one of Siam Legal International’s dependable legal advisor in Bangkok, Thailand. She earned her law degree from San Sebastian College-Recoletos Law. She is also a proud alumna of the University of the Philippines where she took her undergraduate degree in Philosophy


Dennis P. Ramm Partner


Mr. Dennis P. Ramm serves as the Senior Legal Advisor and Managing Partner of Siam Legal. He is a graduate of Washington State University with a bachelor degree in Criminal Justice and attended law school at the University of Washington. He has 18 years of legal and law enforcement experience with assignments as Police Sergeant, Legal & Policy Advisor and criminal law instructor with Seattle Police Department. In addition, he writes for numerous publications throughout Southeast Asia on legal topics such as property issues and immigration law. He resides in Thailand and leads a legal team of 25 Thai lawyers and 7 foreign lawyers in the firm’s practice.
