Immigration Specialist – Writer

IMMIGRATION SPECIALIST – LEGAL WRITER: MANILA OFFICE

Openings on two shifts: 1) 9am to 6pm, and 2) 9pm to 6am

Job Description:

Research and write original copy/text/manuscripts for print or online use (including articles, statute summaries/notes, case summaries, informative essays and journal articles on various practice areas in law).
Ensure that write-ups meet the quality standards and productivity norms set by the team. Assist in editing various types of copy (including legal forms, documents, journal articles, and Web pages) following specific style guides and direction provided by the Office Manager and/or Business Correspondents.
Meet with clients regarding immigration consultation to the US, UK, AUS and other countries
Handle Live Chat & customer support calls
Can work independently and develop write-ups with minimal content guidance
Can write on various legal topics.
Can write within deadlines
Perform other related tasks incidental to the work described herein that may be assigned by the Office Manager from time to time.

Qualifications:

At least Second year law proper (preferably law graduate).
Knowledge in International or Philippine Immigration preferred.
Male or Female, not over 35 years old.
At least 1 year experience working as Contract Administrator, Legal Writer or Researcher, or related field
Above-average English communication skills.
Must pass writing skill test.
Willing to be assigned in Sydney, Australia

SENIOR WEB DESIGNER & SEO

Job Location: MANILA or BANGKOK (2 Positions)

Job Description:

Design new web pages (photos, graphics, html coding)
Maintain and update existing pages
Provide graphic support for the creation of maps and photos for the website and print materials.

Qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in (Computer/Telecommunication), Art & Design, Advertising/Multimedia or equivalent.
Knowledge of Dreamweaver, Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, Php
Knowledge in Joomla and Wordpress
At least 5 years experience in working for a corporate website
Male or Female, not over 35 years old
Good command of the English Language

Job Location: MANILA or BANGKOK (1 Position)

Job Description:

Develop a comprehensive search engine optimization scheme to optimize search engine ranking, traffic and coverage
Update and modify website for search engine friendly design principles to optimize natural search engine listings
Implement search engine friendly coding; optimize web site structure, textual content and internal linking structure to facilitate crawler-based search engine indexing
Research and evaluate competitors’ natural search marketing efforts and results
Direct website modifications and enhancements to improve search engine placement
Experience with Google Adwords and Yahoo Search Marketing

SEO Qualifications:

Male or Female

At least 1 year experience in search engine optimization
Extensive knowledge and experience in hand coding of HTML and methods of site optimization
In-depth knowledge of search engine algorithms, search engine spiders/crawlers and directory submission guidelines
Well versed in current events and developments in search engine optimization
